A montage of a tiger in the zoo, and a purposely blurred shot of a tigerlily flower, taken with a vintage camera. I was inspired to create this composition on the basis of the shared qualities of the two images; the names and the color orange.
As these images were originally recorded on film, there is grain.

Welcome! I'm a photographer currently living in northwest Iowa, but soon to be moving to Cody, Wyoming where my emphasis will be Victorian and Old West imagery. My portfolio is pretty mixed at the moment. I've been trying some different things like using a flatbed scanner to create macro images instead of a camera, adding textures to images with pen and ink stippling, and using the program Apophysis to experiment with fractal patterns.
