About Janeen Wassink Searles
Welcome! I'm a photographer currently living in northwest Iowa, but soon to be moving to Cody, Wyoming where my emphasis will be Victorian and Old West imagery. My portfolio is pretty mixed at the moment. I've been trying some different things like using a flatbed scanner to create macro images instead of a camera, adding textures to images with pen and ink stippling, and using the program Apophysis to experiment with fractal patterns. I also have a couple of images in there that were taken with vintage cameras from my collection. Thanks for visiting!

This was a fellow I took care of at the Tucson Wildlife Rehabilitation Center for a volunteer stint when I lived in Arizona years ago. Fierce birds! Oh, how I miss taking care of wild critters!
Janeen Wassink Searles replied:
His name was Bubba.
